Stevenage Town Investment Plan

Levelling Up Fund

Government announced the Levelling-Up Fund at the Spending Review, inviting towns across the UK to bid for part of £4.8billion to support with town centre and high street regeneration, local transport projects and cultural and heritage assets.

Reflecting on the work created for the Stevenage Town Investment Plan and our ongoing vision to create an exemplar 21st century New Town the Levelling-Up Fund proposal builds upon these aspirations.

The LUF proposal seeks to transform infrastructure; improve public realm; address health and well-being; unlock further investment and continue to represent the aspirations of Stevenage residents and make the provision for the opportunities they strive for.
