Stevenage Town Square is one of the town’s most iconic and well known areas and has received a major upgrade. Working with developer Mace and lead contractor, Ashe, we have installed new granite paving, bespoke, retro lighting, new drainage facilities, and more to the area.

The development of the adjacent North Block (the site of Starbucks, Greggs, Subway) provides new retail, commercial and flexible office space and includes the restoration of heritage building frontages based upon Stevenage’s initial architectural heritage. The site of the former McDonald’s unit has been stripped and refitted in order to house a new modern restaurant. And, by introducing over 200 spaces with our partners, Co-Space, for flexible workers, SMEs, start ups and more, we can increase the number of people working and using the town centre, therefore increasing demand for services and businesses based here.
