The regeneration programme will add a further 3,000 residential developments in the heart of our town, offering a wide range of housing types to potential residents.
The regeneration of Stevenage Town Centre is aligned with studies like ‘The Grimsey Review’, that outline how modern towns must include residential, retail, commercial and leisure facilities all in the same spaces to drive increased demand for services. This means that, along with a number of major housing schemes spread across the town, we are also introducing a range of new living opportunities within central spaces, providing outstanding travel links to London and across the UK
New developments
Outside of the Town Centre regeneration project our Housing Development team is dedicated to regenerating neighbourhoods and maximising quality of design.
