The development of the North Block has provided new retail, commercial and flexible office space, and has included the restoration of the heritage building frontages based upon Stevenage’s initial architectural heritage. As well as celebrating the visual heritage, this space has provided a rare example of modernising post World War 2 architecture in a sustainable way.
