A new multi-storey car park has been built on the Railway North car park, including charging spaces for electric vehicles, as well as secure storage for bikes. The new car park enhances the user experience and forms part of a sustainable travel hub for Stevenage, linking the railway station, Bus Interchange and car parking with level grade access across Lytton Way.

Construction began in May 2022 and the car park opened in May 2023.
