About us

We are Stevenage Even Better

We are Stevenage Even Better: the team behind an innovative and exciting £1bn, 20-year programme – the largest in the East of England – to renovate and transform Stevenage.

Stevenage Even Better is the result of work from a number of organisations, including Stevenage Borough Council, Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.

The regeneration team at Stevenage Borough Council manages the programme on a day-to-day basis, working with top consultants from commercial advisors Cushman and Wakefield, architects David Lock Associates, and a wide team of professionals to ensure all aspects of regeneration run smoothly.
